VILLAGE NEWS

Plus wine and nibbles - more here

The mobile Post Office van will visit the village between 2.15 and 3.15 every Wednesday afternoon in the car park at the Village Hall. Please use it as much as you can so we don't lose this asset.

Open to everyone - please come along to the village hall and enjoy home-made cakes, coffee, tea and meet some new friends.

Click here to see all the details on playing tennis on our newly re surfaced tennis court in the heart of the village (with free parking)

We have a flourishing Garden Society - more here on joining and their annual events.

Click on the picture and it will take you through to the Dorset Council website where you can find information on all their services including refuse days, recycling and planning applications.

Please get in touch here if you'd like to apply for this role (paid/part-time) - experience is not essential and a laptop is provided.

Some evening meetings are held about once every two months.

Our village hall is a perfect wedding venue with room for a marquee on the village playing field. It has a licensed bar and entertainments licence as well plus a fully equipped kitchen for catering. More here
